SAO PAULO (Reuters) — Petróleo Brasileiro SA is reviving an initial public offering of fuel distribution unit BR Distribuidora to cut the Brazilian state-controlled oil company's debt and investment in low-return activities, Chief Executive Officer Pedro Parente said on Thursday.
