HOUSTON (Reuters) — Police and emergency workers filed suit on Thursday against French chemicals company Arkema SA, claiming they were injured after it failed to take adequate steps to avoid a fire at its Crosby, Texas, plant after Hurricane Harvey.
ExxonMobil: Baytown restart activities continue, pipelines beginning to transport fuels
IRVING, Texas — ExxonMobil said that facility assessments and restart activities continue at its Baytown refinery, and that it has made significant progress in restarting chemical production, pipelines and other logistical infrastructure in the Houston area.
