He holds an MS degree in inorganic chemistry engineering from Assen Zlatarov Burgas University and a PhD in petroleum refining, both from the University of Chemical Technology and Metallurgy in Sofia, Bulgaria. Dicho Stratiev is the Chief Process Engineer at LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas in Bulgaria. He joined LUKOIL Neftohim Burgas in 1990 as a Process Engineer in the catalysis laboratory of the Research Institute for Oil Refining and Petrochemistry.
