Technip wins engineering for Lucius deepwater project in US Gulf
Technip was awarded a lump sum contract by Anadarko Petroleum for the engineering, construction and transport of a 23,000 ton truss Spar hull for their Lucius deepwater project in US Gulf of Mexico. The floating production facility will have a capacity of 80,000 bpd of oil and 450 million cubic feet/day of natural gas.

Toyo lands project management deal for Venezuela refinery upgrading work
Toyo Engineering, in consortium with a Venezuelan engineering firm Y&V Ingeniería y Construcción, has been awarded a project management consultant contract for a heavy oil upgrading project of Venezuelan national petroleum company PDVSA at its Puerto La Cruz refinery in the State of Anzoátegui. The project aims to satisfy the energy demands of the domestic market in Venezuela and overseas exports.
