DENVER — TransMontaigne Partners L.P. announced that one of its wholly owned subsidiaries has entered into an agreement to acquire the Martinez Terminal and Richmond Terminal from an affiliate of Plains All American Pipeline, L.P., for a total purchase price of $275 MM.

Enerkem biofuel facility receives approval from EPA to sell ethanol
MONTREAL — Enerkem Inc., a waste-to-biofuels and renewable chemicals producer, announced it has received approval from the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to sell cellulosic ethanol produced at its Edmonton, AB, Canada facility under the US renewable fuels standard (RFS).
EIA: More US distillate is being exported
