Brazil implements temporary 32% ethanol blend in gasoline

Brazil's mandatory 32% ethanol blend in gasoline went into effect last Saturday and will remain in force for 180 days, oil regulator ANP said, adding that the measure may be extended once for an equal period.

The government decided in early July to increase the ethanol blend requirement to 32% from 30%.
