Goutam Shahani is Vice President of sales and marketing at ShureLine Construction. Previously, he was Business Development Manager at Linde Engineering in North America. With more than 30 yr of industry experience, Mr. Shahani specializes in industrial gases for the energy, refining and chemical industries. He holds BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering, as well as an MBA degree.
John McDermott is a General Manager for a technology company in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. For the past 25 yr, he has been successful in improving and positioning organizations for growth across varied industries. Mr. McDermott earned a BS degree in mechanical engineering, an MBA, a Black Belt certification in lean manufacturing, and has completed two executive development programs in the US and abroad. He is dedicated to mentoring and assisting others in career development.
