Also, we must somehow now shake up two mighty oil industry commandments: "Thou shalt not change fuel specifications," and "Thou shalt not tinker around with vehicle engines or fuel infrastructure."
Shifting standards. These are undeniably solid pillars of modern hydrocarbon industry thought.
