I am often asked about finding current chemical prices on the Internet. I often respond that what is there isn't current. Like buying a car, the advertised price is rarely what you actually pay. There are posted chemical prices, but they rarely reflect what you really fork over. At best, they can be used as guideposts or trends to the real price (is it moving up or down?). There are plenty of chemical buyer's guides that will identify chemical suppliers. But if you want to avoid that pesky sales call and just get a price without giving away your intentions, where can you go?
