The US House of Representatives yesterday passed legislation coauthored by Congressman Fred Upton (R-MI), chairman of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, which prevents the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) from regulating the emission of greenhouse gases (GHGs) to address climate change.
