A large-scale gas project by ExxonMobil in Guyana set to provide natural gas and export LNG will also include fertilizer plants, the head of the U.S. oil major in Guyana, Alistair Routledge, said.
A consortium led by ExxonMobil plans to ramp up gas output in Guyana in the coming years, especially through projects involving non-associated gas production such as Longtail, which is expected to have a final investment decision next year. The company is "ready to deliver gas" to shore, Routledge said.
