US snow may delay oil shipments to East refiners

The major rail road company, CSX Corp issue warning to its customers that the recent massive snow storms impacting Buffalo, New York, area may delay rail shipments of crude oil up to 48 hours.
The shipping lanes affected include crude oil from the Chicago terminals and sent to the Albany, New York, and subsequently sent by ships to Irving Oil's Saint John refinery, in New Brunswick, Canada.
Bakken crude oil shipped through Buffalo, New York is also sent several to East coast refineries, especially in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey area.
The Philadelphia Energy Solutions refinerys rail terminal can handle 210,000 bpd, and Phillip 66s Linden, New Jersey refinery operates a 165,000-bpd rail unloading facility.
