A novel process to produce sustainable marine fuel from biomass

Amitkumar Nagarkar is a Principal R&D Scientist within the Process Design and Development group at Honeywell UOP. He has been working with Honeywell UOP for 15 yrs and has more than 26 yrs of industry experience. At Honeywell UOP, Nagarkar has been involved in the design and development of various technologies under the company’s sustainable portfolio, such as SAF, ETJ and fluid catalytic cracking coprocessing, as well as other technologies related to olefins, naphtha and hydroprocessing, among others. Nagarkar earned a BS degree from L.I.T Nagpur- India.
