He is a chemical engineer by profession, and a member of AICHE and the Institute of Engineers Australia. Mr. Shukla has been involved with EPC phases of large-scale ammonia plants in Australia and the U.S. from the client side during his career in the ammonia industry and has authored papers in the Ammonia Safety Symposium. He earned a BE in chemical engineering from Mangalore University, India.

Heena Chandani is a Principal Technical professional with KBR’s automation and process technologies group. She has more than 10 yr of experience in dynamic simulation for engineering studies and operator training simulators. She earned a BE in chemical engineering from the University of Pune, India and an MS degree in chemical engineering from Syracuse University.

Celine Thomerson is a Dynamic Simulation Technical Lead at AVEVA. Over the past 15 yr, during her tenure with KBR and AVEVA, she has completed more than a dozen simulation projects, provided training for panel operators and assisted in ammonia plant commissioning. The simulation projects included both engineering studies and operator training simulators. She earned BS and MS degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Houston.
