Foster Wheeler Energy Ltd. (FWEL) and Foster Wheeler (Nigeria) Ltd., both Foster Wheeler Ltd. subsidiaries, in a joint venture with National Engineering & Technical Co. Ltd. (NETCO), have a three-year term services contract with Chevron Nigeria Ltd. (CNL). CNL is a joint venture in which Nigerian National Petroleum Co. (NNPC) has a 60% equity shareholding and Chevron, 40%. NETCO is a wholly owned NNPC subsidiary. The contract sets the terms for any engineering and project management services CNL may ask Foster Wheeler and NETCO to perform for CNL's future onshore and offshore projects.
