Paraffin wax and asphaltene modifier Nuritchem 508MM claims to modify paraffin wax by liquefaction at room temperature. It allows heavy petroleum paraffin waxes and asphaltenes to stay dissolved in hydrocarbon diluents (cutter stocks) without heat. The product is added in concentrations ranging from 100 ppm (0.01%) to 5,000 ppm (0.5%) depending on the application. The chemical formulation is completely hydrocarbon soluble. It has a flash point greater than 200°C, is non-toxic, easy-to-handle and has a long shelf life. Nuritchem 508MM converts petroleum and petrochemical paraffin wax from a crystalline to an amorphous material. It functions as a demulsifier, cloud point
