Ah, it is summer time. Many consumers are venturing
out on holiday; thus, we are entering the peak of the driving
season. In the US, much attention is now focused on gasoline
pricing and, of course, availability of fuels.
Similar to other regions, the US still grapples with
how to develop sound energy policies. Consumers wonder
if enough crude oil and fuels will be available, and how
efficiently energy will be distributed throughout the
networks.
Facts and beliefs. The facts concerning
energy supplies and distribution are much fewer than the
beliefs. Strangely, governments and interested parties try to
apply the facts;
