He has more than 16 yr of reliability engineering experience in the power generation, automotive, oil and gas and petrochemical industries. Dr. Tong’s expertise includes reliability-centered maintenance, system and component reliability analysis, equipment life data analytics and reliability-based design optimization. Since joining T.A.
