Vartika Shukla is an executive director with Engineers India Ltd. (EIL), leading its research and development (R&D) division. She joined EIL after graduating in chemical engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1988, and was the head of EIL’s process division before her current assignment. She has more than 26 years of consulting experience in the process design of refinery, gas processing and petrochemical units.
