is head of economics at the Chemical Industries Association (CIA). He is a professional economist with a background in both the public and private sectors. Mr. le Roux has a wide range of experience and has authored research reports and an academic article on topics such as monetary policy, labor markets and climate change. He was educated at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa, and, following service in the British Army, completed a master’s degree in economics at the University of Exeter in England.
