Poland's Gdansk refinery will start cyclical maintenance at the end of February, the company said, with the shutdown of key units planned for April.
Under the cyclical shutdown required every 5 years, installations to be shut in April include integrated crude distillation (CDU/VDU), hydrodesulphurization (HDS), and mild hydrocracking (MHC) units.
Three oil units including a hydrotreater will be shut from April until mid-May, while the remaining installations will be shut in the spring of 2027, the company said.
Gdansk refinery, Poland's second largest, can process around 210,000 barrels of oil per day. The plant is operated by Orlen in partnership with Saudi Aramco.
