Pemex raising production on coker at Deer Park, Texas refinery

Pemex was increasing the production level on the coker at its 312,500-bpd refinery in Deer Park, Texas, on Friday, said people familiar with plant operations.

Production on the 92,000-bpd coker was almost completely halted on Oct. 10 following a hydrogen sulfide gas release that killed two contractors working on another unit at the refinery, the sources said.
