Orlen's Lithuanian Mazeikiai oil refinery undergoing October maintenance

Orlen's Mazeikiai oil refinery in Lithuania is undergoing October maintenance works on several of its units, according to industry consultancy IIR Energy.

The works started in early October and are expected to be completed by the end of the month, IIR said.

Maintenance is being conducted on the refinery's secondary units, including desulfurizing hydrotreatment units for a number of fuel types, a gasoline-producing fluid catalytic cracking unit, a naphtha reforming unit, an alkylation and an isomerization unit.

The refinery has a nameplate crude capacity of 190,000 bpd, IIR Energy data showed.
