Delamine is progressing with a capacity expansion at its Delfzijl plant in the Netherlands which will eventually create (according to Delamine) one of the largest single (EDC-based) ethylene amines production units. Delamine launched a debottlenecking program two years ago which will be completed in 2010. It will effectively lift the total annual capacity of the plant by more than 35% up to 55,000 MT. Additional product started to become available last year.   Pöyry has a contract to provide engineering and project management services for the construction of SunPine AB's new production plant for renewable vehicle fuel to be built in Piteå, Sweden.
