Foster Wheeler (WA) Pty Ltd., a Foster Wheeler Ltd. Subsidiary, in a joint venture with WorleyParsons Services Pty Ltd., has a letter of intent (LOI) from Woodside Energy Ltd. The agreement is for the engineering, procurement and construction management contract of the proposed LNG Phase V project to be built at Karratha, Western Australia. The LOI is subject to project approval by the North West Shelf Venture participants.
