The Benham Companies, LLC, has a $23 million engineering, procurement and construction services contract with Holly Refining & Marketing Co. The agreement is for a new diesel hydrotreater (DHT) unit at the Holly's Woods Cross, Utah, refinery.
The DHT unit will produce 10,000 bpd of ultra low-sulfur diesel and jet fuel by June 2006. It will also permit the Wood Cross refinery to meet the earliest deadline for recently adopted
