Linde's technology group and ENAP Refinerías S.A., The National Chilean Oil Co. ENAP subsidiary, has a 15-year contract for hydrogen supply. This project is claimed to be the first onsite project of this kind in Latin America. Linde's Chilean subsidiary AGA S.A. will finance, construct and operate the hydrogen processing plant at Chile's refinery in Concón near Valparaíso, Chile. ENAP will use the hydrogen supplied by Linde to produce low-sulfur diesel. The project also includes a hydrogen trailer filling station, and a carbon dioxide plant to supply other customers.
