Technip has a lumpsum turnkey contract with Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) for diesel hydrotreating facilities at its Riyadh Refinery. Technip's project scope also includes providing an amine regeneration unit, a new sulfur recovery unit, a hydrogen plant and existing facilities revamp. The plant will be able to produce 45,000 bpsd low-sulfur diesel and have the flexibility to produce extra-low-sulfur diesel by installing additional equipment. The contract includes project management, detail engineering, equipment and materials procurement, construction management, construction, precommissioning and commissioning assistance. The overall project will be carried out by Technip's engine
