Over 260 attended the EPA/NPRA Clean Diesel Implementation Workshop held in Houston Nov. 20 - 21, 2002, to discuss the fuels industry concerns about supply and distribution of ultra-low- sulfur diesel (ULSD). Critical issues relating directly to implementation of EPA's Highway Diesel Sulfur Rule were examined. Registrants to the workshop included federal, state and local government officials, independent school districts and municipalities, fleet operators, and the entire fuels industry. The meeting was also co-sponsored by the Society of Independent Gasoline Marketers of America, the National Association of Convenience
