Exclusive technology license BOC, Murray Hill, New Jersey, has an exclusive license with Belco Technologies Corp., Parsippany, New Jersey, to use its patented LoTO xnitrogen oxide (NO x) control technology to help reduce smog-forming emissions at petroleum refineries. Under the agreement terms, Belco will offer the LoTO xtechnology in conjunction with its own EDV wet scrubbing system to help refiners globally control particulates, sulfur dioxide and NO xfrom fluid catalytic cracking units.
