Poupart-Lafarge, Astrid
Astrid Poupart-Lafarge is the Schneider Electric Global Segment President of the Oil and Gas and Petrochemical segment. In this role, she will drive the company’s oil, gas and petrochemical segment towards better growth, while helping customers in their digital transformation and energy transition. Prior to this role, she served as Strategic Account Manager, as well as the oil and gas segment leader in French-speaking Africa. Ms. Poupart-Lafarge has also had experience in strategy and marketing with Schneider Electric in Nigeria. She was head of business development and M&A in a renewable energy company headquartered in Paris, France. With nearly 20 yr of professional experience in business development (strategy, marketing, sales, M&A) in the oil and gas industry, she also has worked in utilities and renewable power plants sector. She earned an MS degree in engineering from Ecole Centrale Paris.
