He leads Nexant’s energy and chemicals advisory in the Middle East and has extensive experience of working with a broad range of clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. Mr. Spiers has strengths in strategic planning, commercial and techno-economic analysis, as well as extensive global experience in project and business evaluations/privatizations. He also has provided commercial and technical due diligence support for mergers and acquisitions and project finance activities. He holds a PhD in physical chemistry from Nottingham University, UK.
