Oleg Samarkin is the Managing Director for commodity production and internal logistics for Atyrau Refinery LLP. He has worked at the Atau Refinery since 2005, and took part in the reconstruction and modernization of the Atyrau Refinery, as well as the startup and adjustment of the catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) and deep conversion complex. Mr. Samarkin graduated from South Kazakhstan State University in Shymkent.
