Haiming Lai is the Director of engineering at Genoil Inc., and has more than 28 yr of experience in R&D, application and engineering of process technologies. His expertise includes hydroconversion technology R&D, catalytic kinetics, simulation and modeling, process design, project management in oil sands, upgrading/refining, and oil and gas industries. He holds a PhD and an MS degree from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in China, and is a registered professional engineer in Alberta, Canada.
