Bhullar, R. S.
is a senior technical director and a technical fellow with Fluor Corp. He has over 35 years of experience in design engineering and implementation of process controls, system integration and automation requirements of refineries, gas processing, energy and power industries. He has authored several articles on process control, system integration, process automation and safety. He holds an MS degree in chemical engineering and an MBA. Mr. Bhullar is registered engineer in State of California and is a Fellow of ISA. He is a consultant for system integration for the SLNG project in Singapore.
