Kou, C.
Candice Kou is a design engineer at Fluor Corp. in Houston, Texas. She has been working on a project utilizing steel modularization in sub-arctic regions. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a BS degree in civil engineering, and earned her MS degree in civil engineering from the University of Texas at Austin, with an emphasis in structural engineering. Her research interests include novel seismic methodologies and their application to modern structural design.
