Matthew Gerhardt is Vice President of industrial water at Brown and Caldwell, specializing in wastewater selenium and trace metals removal. He started his career at Chevron Research Co. and has more than 30 yr of experience in refinery water and wastewater treatment. He holds a BS degree in chemical engineering from Cornell University and a PhD in civil/environmental engineering from UC Berkeley.
