Pemex issued an "all clear" following fire at its Texas refinery

Mexican state oil company Pemex issued an all clear following a fire in a unit at its 312,500 barrel-per-day oil refinery in Texas, the company posted in an update via a community alerting network.
The company, which was battling three separate fires on the same day, including facilities in Mexico, was not immediately available for comment.
