The legal angle of the wrangling with EPA

During an issues session on Monday afternoon, Greg Scott, NPRAs general counsel, focused on the litigation that NPRA has been involved with recently. The EPA has been pushing many rules and NPRAs legal committee has challenged the EPA on some of them. Mr. Scott commented that attack is coming more from the environmental organizations and interest groups that are pressing forward the greenhouse gas (GHG) issues on multiple avenues, whether its challenging a review for construction permits or pushing the EPA to interact more with the GHG nuisance case (cap sources level of GHG emissions).
