He earned a degree in chemical engineering from the Industrial University of Santander in Colombia, and a professional doctorate in engineering (process design) from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands. Dr. Salgado has experience in process analysis, troubleshooting, optimization and development, as well as in the economic evaluation of new facilities and the modification of existing units.
