His prior experience included senior positions in oil and refining companies, including as Technical Director for Valero Paulsboro Refinery, and technical positions for Mobil, Exxon and KBC. Mr. Fligner has an MS degree in chemical engineering from the University of Delaware and a BS degree in chemical engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo).
