Mr. Callero is the advanced service hub manager for Europe, with a degree in chemical engineering from the University of Genoa. He joined ABB in 2007 as an advanced process control engineer in Italy. He is responsible for driving the delivery and implementation of advanced services, monitoring market requirements and supporting local sales teams for the Mediterranean region and Europe. Mr. Callero has authored papers that have been published in technical magazines and presented at international conferences.

It is important that efficient and reliable tools for acquiring emissions data are available. Environmental constraints not only can affect production, but failure to provide emissions values for extended periods may lead to an authority-imposed plant shutdown.
