Mikkola and B. F. Power, May 2000, p. 81. Fig. 2 was mistakenly
duplicated for Fig. 4 and Fig. 5. Hydrocarbon Processing
apologizes for the error and any inconveniences that it may have
caused. The correct diagrams for Fig. 4 and Fig. 5 are shown on the
right.
